1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (domainsales.co.kr) and by submitting a domain inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Nature of Service

This platform is a private domain sales space where we, as private domain investors, sell domain names we own directly. We do not broker or list third-party domains. Every domain in our portfolio is owned solely by us. No account registration is required to use this service.

3. Inquiry and Purchase Process

Submitting an inquiry form on this website does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. A transaction formally begins only upon written or email agreement between buyer and seller on the domain price and transfer terms. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or to withdraw from negotiations at any time without liability.

4. Escrow Transactions

All domain sales are processed through the escrow service of Sedo.com. The buyer pays the agreed amount to Sedo; Sedo holds the funds until the domain transfer is fully confirmed, then releases payment to us. The specific conditions of the escrow service are governed by Sedo's own Terms of Service and Escrow Policy. Each party is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms.

5. Domain Transfer

Upon payment confirmation through Sedo, the domain is transferred by one of the following methods:

① Authorization Code (EPP) Transfer: We provide the EPP code and the buyer initiates the transfer to their registrar of choice. This may take 5–7 business days depending on the registrar.

② Sedo Push Transfer: The domain is pushed directly to the buyer's registrar account through Sedo's internal system — typically completed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Both parties must have active Sedo accounts for this method.

6. Pricing and Payment

All listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Korean Won (KRW) prices shown are for reference and may vary with exchange rates. The final transaction amount is confirmed in writing by both parties before escrow is initiated. Buyers pay no fees beyond the agreed domain price. Sedo's marketplace commission (typically 10–20%) is borne by the seller.

7. No Warranties

Domains are sold as-is. We make no express or implied warranties regarding suitability for any particular purpose, commercial potential, search engine ranking, or existing traffic levels associated with any domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of any domain. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the transaction value of the domain in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, text, and code — is our exclusive property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent. Ownership of the domain name itself transfers to the buyer upon completion of the transaction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
